With our thorough and comprehensive inspection process, we can help you to identify potential issues that may not be readily apparent, such as pests, water damage, structural problems, or other defects. By addressing these issues early on, you can prevent more significant and costly problems down the line.

At Pest Relief, we understand the importance of protecting your home and investment. That’s why we are committed to delivering the highest level of professionalism and expertise in every inspection we conduct. Trust us to provide you with the guidance and support you need to maintain the integrity and value of your property.

Why it is Important?

Building inspection services are important for homeowners because they can help identify any potential problems with the property that may not be immediately obvious. For example, an inspector may discover a leak in the roof that could lead to water damage or a problem with the electrical wiring that could cause a fire. By identifying these issues early, homeowners can take corrective action before they become more serious and costly to fix.

In addition to identifying potential problems, building inspection services can also provide homeowners with a better understanding of the overall condition of their property. This can be especially valuable for homeowners who are considering selling their home, as a detailed inspection report can help them better understand the true value of their property.

Overall, building inspection services are an important investment for homeowners who want to protect their property and ensure that it remains in good condition. By identifying potential issues early and taking corrective action, homeowners can save themselves a significant amount of time, money, and stress in the long run.

Our Inspection Procedure

1

Inspector pays a visit to the property

Once you have booked an appointment at your preferred date and time, our inspector will visit the property and wait to get access to the property with the owner, occupant or agent.

Start of Inspection

At this stage, the inspector will thoroughly inspect the concerned area of the property to make sure everything is as per Australian Standards and does not oppose any safety or health hazards. We welcome the owner or agent to join us during this process for verbal findings and concerns.
